Prices are per week stay.
Prices include: sheets, towels, all house bills, exclusive use of the pool, bicycles and Internet wireless.
There will be an additional fee for final clearing: € 100 for the whole property.
To secure the reservation we require a 30% deposit by wire transfer and the balance 5 weeks before arrival. Cancellations up to 5 weeks before arrival are accepted and the deposit will be reimbursed. For cancellations after this date the deposit will not be reimbursed.
For stays shorter than a week, during off-peak season, please contact us and the price will be adjusted to the number of nights requested.
